从党政分开看党的执政能力建设

摘　　要：由于历史原因,我党长期受到党政不分的困扰;无论是革命时期还是在取得政权之后,党政分开是我党历来的主张,也是我党提高执政能力的历史选择。理顺党政关系,实现党政分开,有利于提高党的威信,也有利于实现竞的领导和执政方式根本转变,提高我党执政能力。For historical reason, our Party （the CPC） has long been troubled by no division between a party and a government. Before or after taking power, the separation of the Party＇s function from that of the government is a suggestion, it is also a historical choice to improve its administration too. Making the relation between the Party and the government in order, realizing the separation of the Party＇s function from that of the government are helpful to improve the prestige of the party and change the leadership of the party and its ruling style. In this way, it will help improve our Party＇s ability to be at the helm of the state.
