摘　　要：该文通过动态分析中国新型农村合作医疗发展的参合、补偿、基金运行情况,可以尽早发现问题并尽早解决,有助于增加新型农村合作医疗发展的稳定性。The paper analyzes the dynamics on participants reimbursement and operation of funding on the new rural cooperative medical scheme. For the purpose to find the problems make new rural cooperative medical scheme develop at the steady track.
