摘　　要：人与自然的和谐是人类文明得以延续和发展的载体,只有当我们在内心深处树立了尊重自然、与自然和谐相处的伦理观,才会积极主动地去执行保护环境的法律。要实现人与自然和谐,我们不仅需要有非常完善的环境法规,而且还需要环境法理补充环境法规的不足,进而全面推进和谐社会的构建。The harmony of human and nature carries on and develops human＇s civilization. Only when we have the ethics of respecting and dealing well with nature, can we be active to carry out the laws of protecting environment. With the purpose of developing the harmony society, we not only need perfect environment laws but also need the theory to develop the laws to realize the harmony of human and nature.
