摘　　要：目的探讨专科护理工作中存在或潜在的风险及预防方法,提高护理质量。方法护理部、医务科、病区护士长评估护理工作中可能存在的风险,然后完善相应工作制度,改进工作流程,制定常见风险、专科危重症及突发疫情的应急处理程序;通过培训考核等方式强化护士的风险意识,加大风险监控。结果提高了护士的护理风险意识,密切了护患关系,护理质量得到明显提高,整体应对突发公共卫生事件的能力明显加强。结论强化护理人员风险意识,加强风险监控能有效地预防和减少护理风险的发生,从而提高专科护理质量,保障病人的健康权和生命权。Objective To explore the existent or potential risks and preventive measures in nursing works, and to improve the quality of nursing. Methods The nursing department, medical administration department and head nurses assessed the possible risks in clinical nursing works. Then, they set up the related rules and regulations, improved work flow, established emergent project for common risks and severe/emergent cases, intensified nurses＇ awareness of risks by training and examination to enhance risk monitor and control. Results This practice enhanced nurses＇ risk awareness, facilitated nurse - patient relationship,improved the quality of nursing and the competence of coping with emergent public health case. Conclusion Strengthening nurses＇ risk awareness and risk monitor and control could effectively prevent and reduce nursing risks,so as to improve the quality of nursing and guarantee patients＇ rights of health and life.
