摘  要:目的了解上海市普陀区非户籍人口结核病知识掌握情况,为有效开展非户籍人口结核病健康教育提供依据。方法采取现场问卷调查的方式,了解普陀区非户籍人群(建筑工人、服务行业从业人员、企业工人、外省市大学生)结核病知识的知晓情况。结果调查对象结核病综合知识得分为4.58±1.74分(满分为10分)。高中及以上者综合知识得分显著高于初中及以下者(OR=2.169,P<0.01);月收入低于1000元者综合得分显著低于月收入大于等于2000元者(OR=0.385,P<0.05);服务行业从业人员综合得分显著低于大学生(OR=0.535,P<0.05);建筑工人综合得分显著低于大学生(OR=0.451,P<0.05)。结论非户籍人口对结核病知识掌握程度不高,应以低收入和低文化程度人群为重点,采取适合非户籍人口特点的健康教育方式。Objective To learn the TB knowledge level among population without Shanghai City householder register in Putuo District, Shanghai City, and analyze the influence faetors. Methods A self - completed questionnaire survey was condueted among the population without Shanghai householder register in Putuo District, Shanghai City. The population without Shanghai householder register were made of builders, employees in serviee trades and industry, as well as college students. Results The score of integrated knowledge was 4.58 ± 1.74 (full marks was 10). The score of knowledge of population with senior high school or above edueational attainments was higher than those with junior high school or below educational attainments (OR = 2.169, P〈 0.01 ). Low-inoome individuals (less than 1000 yuan per month) obtained lower marks than that of high-income individuals (more than 2000 yuan per month) (OR= 0.385, P〈 0.05 ). Both employees in service trades and builders obtained lower marks than that of college students. Conelusion The population without Shanghai householder register were lack of relatively TB knowledge. TB health edueation should timely be developed among them.
