摘　　要：目的了解高危人群100%安全套使用项目实施效果。方法采用健康促进策略,对公安、医疗、娱乐场所经理进行100%安全套使用项目培训,由老板对娱乐场所服务小姐进行两次培训,采用整群随机抽样的方法对68个娱乐场所349名服务小姐培训后的效果进行问卷调查和对娱乐场所进行现场观察。结果95.6%的娱乐场所经理接受了培训,100%的娱乐场所悬挂了预防艾滋病的宣传画并发放了宣传品,76.9%的小姐在最近一次性生活中使用了安全套,41.3%的小姐能正确回答与艾滋病、性病有关的问题。结论由娱乐场所经理作为培训员对小姐进行性活动中100%使用安全套培训,近期效果明显,远期效果仍有待观察。Objective To implement the 100% condoms program in HIV/AIDS high risk population and cut off the communication route from high risk population to ordinary population. Methods Using the strategy of health promotion, trainings Of 100% condoms program for policemen, medical staffs and managers of the entertainment places were done. The managers held the secondary training to female commercial sexual workers in the entertainment places. After the training, 68 entertainment places were inspected and 349 female commercial sexual workers were investigated. Results 95.6% managers had been trained and 100% entertainment places had been posted the pictures of preventing HIV/AIDS, 76.9% commercial sexual workers in the entertainment places had been used the condom in last month in sex activities, 41.3% had known HIV/AIDS and STD knowledge. Conclusion The manager worked as trainers to train the commercial sexual workers had a good effect in short-term, but its long-term effects need to be further observed.
