摘　　要：要深入辨析产权残缺和削弱的相关理论,就必须先弄清产权的本质、属性及其构成。从产权的基础理论出发,探源有关产权残缺和产权削弱的经典论述,并把产权制度安排内生地放在经济系统中去,是重新认识和研究中国农地产权残缺问题的一个重要途径。The essence, characteristics, attribute and composing of property right. It should be made clear before a deep discrimination of relevant theory of truncation and attenuation of property right. Based on the basic theory of property fight, it is an important approach to cognize anew and study the truncation and attenuation of property right of fanning land for the source exploration of the classic argumentation on truncation and attenuation of property right and the arrangement of system of property right into the economic system.
