纳米铈锆氧化物粉末的制备和表征

摘　　要：以氨水为沉淀剂,采用化学共沉淀法制备了Ce0.8Zr0.2O2复合氧化物粉末.XRD分析表明,该粉末为固态溶液;TEM分析表明,粉末的平均粒径为6～8 nm.Using ammonia as precipitant, Ce0.8Zr0.2O2dual compound oxide powder were synthesized by means of chemical eoprecipitation ：After calcination, it can be seen from the XRD graph that the powder is solid solution. TEM analyses show that the diameter of the particles is 6 - 8 nanometers.
