摘　　要：实验设计了分散染料和直接染料碱性同浴对涤纶和棉组分的染色工艺,探讨了两类染料同浴的染色效果。结果表明,在AN—1碱性染色助剂作用下,两类染料碱性同浴在120℃染色可达到满意的效果,有效地降低染色能耗,避免了120℃以上长时间加热。In this paper, aprocess for one-bath basic dyeing of polyester/cotton blends with disperse and direct dyes is designed, and the dyeing effect is studied. The results show thatunder the action of AN-1 basic dyeing auxiliary, satisfactory effect can be achieved at the temperature of 120?C, which means significant saving of energy because long time heating of process at temperatures higher than 120 ?C has been avoided.
