摘　　要：胡锦涛总书记提出的以人为本的科学发展观,是将马列主义与中国文化优良传统有机结合的新民本主义思想,这对当代中国社会主义民主政治建设具有十分重要的指导意义。The General Secreary HU Jintao brings forward the sense of scientific development taking the people as the root,the concept is the new civilest thought combining the excellent tradition between the Marxism and Chinese culture in an organic way,and it has a very important guiding significance for the Chinese socialist democratic and political construction at modern times.
