摘 要:对Fenton试剂-活性炭吸附联用技术处理焦化废水进行了研究。首先考察了pH值、H2O2投加量、[Fe2+]/[H2O2]等因素对Fenton试剂氧化处理效果的影响以及Fenton试剂氧化阶段H2O2投加量对活性炭吸附效果的影响;然后考察活性炭投加量、吸附时间、pH值等因素对活性炭吸附阶段处理效果的影响。结果表明,Fenton试剂-活性炭吸附工艺处理焦化废水的最佳操作条件为:Fenton试剂氧化阶段H2O2投加量为55 mmol/L,[Fe2+]/[H2O2]=1∶10,初始pH=3;活性炭吸附阶段活性炭投加量为2.5 g/L,pH=3,吸附时间30 min。在此操作条件下,焦化废水COD去除率达97.5%。In this paper, the treatment of coking wastewater by Fenton - adsorption process was studied. First, the effects of affecting factors on the treatment of coking wastewater by single Fenton reagent, such as pH value, H2O2 dosage, the proportion of Fe^2+ and H2O2, were discussed, and the effect of H2O2 dosage in oxidation stage on activated carbon adsorption was discussed too; then, the effects of activated carbon dosage, pH value and adsorption time in adsorption stage, were discussed. Based on the above discussion, the optimal operating conditions of Fenton - adsorption process were determined under which the COD removal of coking wastewater was 97. 5 % . The optimal operating conditions were as follows: H202 dosage is 55 mmol/L, the proportion of Fe^2+ and H2O2 is 0.1 and pH value is 3 in the stage of Fenton oxidation; activated carbon dosage is 2.5 g/L, pH value is 3, and adsorption time is 30 min in the following stage of activated carbon adsorption.
