摘  要:文章提出了一种电力系统频率测量的新算法,它具有实现方便、计算量小.精度高、实时性好、能消除直流分量影响等优点,但不能消除谐波分量的影响;因此,给出了一种信号预处理算法,它能有效地滤除信号中的低次谐波,提高新频率测量算法的适用范围和测量精度。仿真结果验证了这两种算法的有效性和可行性,A novel algorithm measuring power system frequency is presented in this paper. This method is easy to be implemented with a small calculation, high precision and a good real-time performance. Also it is free from the influence of the DC component, but not free from the influence of the harmonics. So a preprocessing algorithm is also presented in this paper, which can effectively suppress the second harmonic and the third harmonic. Simulating results show the effectiveness of the algorithms presented in this paper.
