摘　　要：目的观察刺络拔罐加艾条灸治疗股外侧皮神经炎的疗效。方法将64例患者用抽签法随机分为刺络拔罐加艾条灸治疗组和西药治疗对照组各32例,进行疗效对比。结果经1个疗程治疗,治疗组治愈率75%,有效率100%,对照组治愈率21.88%,有效率75%,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论刺络拔罐加艾条灸治疗股外侧皮神经炎有较满意的疗效。Objective To investigate the efficacy of blood-letting puncture and cupping plus moxa-stick moxibustion for treating inflammation of lateral femoral cutaneous nerve. Methods Sixty-four patients were randomly allocated by lot to a treatment （ blood-letting puncture and cupping plus moxa-stick moxibustion） group and a control（Western medicine） group, 32 cases each. The curative effects were compared. Results After one course of treatment, the cure rate and effective rate were 75% and 100% , respectively, in the treatment group and 21.88% and 75%, respectively, in the control group. There was a very significant difference（P 〈0.01 ）. Condusion Blood-letting puncture and cupping plus moxa-stick moxibustion has a satisfactory effect on inflammation of lateral femoral cutaneous nerve.
