摘　　要：本文阐述了一个符合中国国情和医院实际需要的PACS系统的重要性,介绍了我院影像科PACS系统架构及运行情况。PACS是全面解决医院影像数字化存档与通信的综合类系统,是医院迈向信息化时代的重要标志,是医学设备影像及相关信息达到充分共享的关键,维护则是PACS得以实现的重要保证。本文总结了对PACS系统的日常维护技术。The importance of picture archiving and communication system is expatiated in this article based on practical need in hospital and the actual status in China. The structure and operation of PACS system in the medical imaging department of our hospital are introduced. PACS establishes an effective and integrated system of digital medical image and communication in hospital. The utilization of PACS symbolizes the coming of information age in hospital and sets sup a critical path of share between medical equipment image and relevant information. Proper maintenance is assurance for achieving the proper operation of PACS. This article summarized the proper routine maintenance for PACS system.
