摘　　要：目的观察亲情护理在局麻手术患者中的应用效果,提高患者满意度。方法随机将200例局麻手术患者分为2组,对照组与观察组各100例,对照组采用传统的护理模式,观察组采用亲情护理模式。结果对照组满意度为78%,观察组为97%,2组患者满意度有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论亲情护理在局麻手术中的应用取得了明显的临床效果,同时也说明了医护人员服务观念改变的必要性。Objective To observe the effect of kindness nursing on the surgery patients under local anaesthesia, and to improve the patients＇ satisfaction. Methods 200 cases of surgery patients under local anaesthesia were randomly divided into two groups： the control group（ n = 100） and the observation group（ n = 100）. The traditional nursing was given in the control group and the kindness nursing was adopted in the observation group. Results The satisfaction index was 78%o in the control group and that was 970/oo in the observation group. There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P〈 0.01）. Conclusions The application of kindness nursing in the surgery patients under local anaesthesia has reached an obvious clinical effect, which also showed the necessity of changing service conception in medical workers.
