物理疗法结合中成药治疗乳腺小叶增生疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨物理疗法结合中成药治疗乳腺小叶增生的临床疗效。方法 将确诊为乳腺小叶增生患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组60例口服乳癖消片外加每日1次淋浴，同时用热水喷头对增生的乳房持续淋2～3min；对照A组60例单纯口服乳癖消片；对照B组不用全身淋浴只是对增生的乳房局部热敷10min。结果 治疗组有效率96．67％，痊愈率63．33％；对照A组有效率95％，痊愈率43．33％；对照B组有效率71．67％，痊愈率21、67％。结论 物理疗法结合中成药治疗乳腺小叶增生有显著疗效。Objective To diiscuss the effectiveness of combining physical therapy with Chinese medicine in treating Hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods The patients with Hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and reference group. The 60 patients in treatment group took the medicine with the Chinese Name of Ru Pi Xiao Plan, and gently sprayed hot water on the breast for 2 - 3 minutes during their daily showers. The 60 patients in Reference Group A only took Ru Pi Xiao Plan medicine while the 60 patients in Reference Group B only locally apply heating pad to the breast without taking daily hot shower on the full body. Results The Effective Rate in the Treatment Group is 96.67%, and the Cure Rate 63. 330%. The Effective Rate in the Reference Group A is 950%, and the Cure Rate 43.33%. The Effective Rate in Reference Group B is 71.67%, and the Cure Rate 21.67%. Conclusions Combining physical therapy with Chinese medicine has shown a significant improvement of effectiveness in treating patients with Hyperplasia of mammary glands.
