我国与世界优秀女排自由人基本特征比较研究

摘　　要：通过对2004～2005全国女排联赛和2004雅典奥运会女排比赛自由人的基本特征包括年龄、身高、体重、扣球高度和拦网高度比较分析,发现和世界优秀女排自由人相比,我国女排自由人的年龄偏小,体重较轻,身高、弹跳素质具有一定的优势,只有弥补不足,发挥优势,才能全面提高我国自由人的运用效果.Though comparative research on the basic characteristics including age, height, weight, spike and block height of the liberos at China women＇s volleyball league in 2004-2005 and the Olympic game of Athens in 2004. The author finds out that the age and weight of women＇s volleyball liberos at home is lower than abroad. The height, spike and block height of women＇s volleyball liberos at home is superior to abroad. Only by bridging the gap and taking the most of advantage, we can improve the application result of women＇s volleyball liberos at home in an all-round way.
