耐冬山茶叶组织结构与品种分类研究

摘　　要：对14个耐冬山茶品种的叶组织结构进行了比较解剖研究,探讨了叶组织结构与品种分类的关系.结果表明,耐冬山茶叶表皮、气孔、栅栏组织、海绵组织、晶细胞等可以作为品种分类的依据.The leaf anatomical structures of fourteen cultivars of Camellia japonica L. ＇NaiDong＇ were studied, and the relationship between the leaf tissue structure and the cultivar classification was discussed. The result showed that the epidemis, stoma, palisade tissue, spongy tissue and crystal cells of leaves of Camellia japonica L. ＇NaiDong＇ could be the basis for cultivar classification.
