广东产业集群对泛珠三角区域一体化的影响与对策思考

摘　　要：根据广东产业集群发展的现状和趋势,结合产业集群理论研究,分析了广东产业集群对泛珠三角区域一体化存在极化效应等不利影响,进而提出了以培育区域核心竞争要素为基础,加强制度整合和建立区域合作发展基金,实现特色产业集群、优势产业集群和高端产业集群呈梯次配置区域一体化对策.On the basis of the current developmental tendency of Guangdong industrial cluster and the theoretical studies of industrial cluster, in this paper the impacts were analyzed of Guangdong industrial cluster upon the regional integration of Pan Pearl River Delta, including polarization effect, etc. Additionally, a series of suggestions were also put forward： based on the cultivation of regional core competent factors, strengthening the integration of institutions and setting up cooperative funds for regional development, realizing the echelon allocation of resource industrial cluster, advantageous industrial cluster and advanced industrial duster, etc.
