摘  要:利用有限差分有限元集成分析方法,对某厂柴油机缸体铸件在3种不同温度开箱落砂条件下的铸造过程温度场、应力场进行计算机数值模拟,得到其冷却变形情况及残余应力分布,并评价3种工艺方案。结果表明落砂温度越低,铸件的变形越小,但对铸件的残余应力影响不大,不过对铸件凝固过程中应力值的变化趋势影响较大,落砂温度越低,铸件落砂时的应力值也越大。Cooling-deformation and residual stress distribution in a diesel cylinder block castings can be observed by simulating temperature field and stress field during solidification process under three shake-out conditions with different temperatures based on FDM integrated system, and the three processing sketches are evaluated. The results show that the deformation of the castings is decreased with decreasing in shake-out temperature. Meanwhile, although shake-out temperature slightly affected the residual stress, it greatly affected the variation tendency of the stress value during solidification processing, where the lower the shake-out temperature is, the higher the stress during shake-out is.
