摘 要:采用EPC法,在聚苯乙烯(EPS)泡沫模型表面涂刷耐磨涂料,浇注后铁水渗入耐磨涂层,得到表层复合材料铸铁。耐磨涂剂主要组成为SiC粉、EPS颗粒、Cr-Fe粉、助渗剂、粘结剂等。研究了涂料中SiC、EPS对渗层表面品质、渗层组织及耐磨性的影响,试验结果表明:当涂料中SiC粒度为0.002mm、体积分数为50%时,铸铁表面耐磨性最好,磨损量是基体铸铁的37%。Surface composites cast iron can be prepared through infiltrating liquid iron into coating based on brushing slurry on EPS foamed model in evaporative pattern casting (EPC). The slurry is composed of SiC powder, EPS bead, Cr-Fe powder and auxiliary infiltration agent as well as binder, etc. The effects of SiC and EPS bead on the surface quality, microstructure of infiltrated layer and wear resistance of the surface composites cast iron were observed. It is found that surface quality of the surface composites cast iron is excellent with SiC particle size of 2 μm and volume fraction of 50%, where its weight-loss is 37% of that of cast iron matrix, showing the highest wear resistance.
