摘　　要：船舶监控系统的标准化设计是当前船舶监控系统的发展趋势,介绍OPC技术的基本原理以及面向对象框架编程的基本方法,并应用这两项技术设计了一个标准化的、开放性的船舶监控系统。The standardization design is the trend of the vessel＇s monitoring and controlling systcm. This paper introduces the fandamental principle of OPC technology and the basic methed of object-oriented framework programming, and applies two technologies to design a standard and open monitoring and controlling system for ships.
