摘 要:基于新型航政艇的柴油机推进轴系柔性传动方式选择,提出将柴油机和齿轮箱作为整体进行半弹性隔振方式设计,通过隔振系统台架对比试验,验证了柴油机组半弹性隔振方式设计的可行性,并确定了合适的隔振器型号,实船测试结果表明,柴油机组隔振后船体的结构振动明显降低,客舱和驾驶室的声压级下降了6 dB,研究成果对小型船舶的舒适性设计有重要的参考意义。On the basis of the choice of the diesel engine shafting flexible drive system on new-type navigation administration boats, a semi-resillent mounting system considering the diesel engine and the gear case as a whole was designed, Comparing with the test results in the laboratory, the design of the semi-resillent mounting system for diesel engine was validated to be feasible, and the appropriate vibration isolator type was determined. The experimental results in real situation prove that the hull structure vibration reduces markedly after the semi-resilient mounting system is adopted, and the sound pressure level in the sitting and driving cabins decreases 6dB. Some useful conclusions are obtained and they are valuable to the low vibration and noise design of the mini-type ship.
