摘　　要：分析汽化燃油炉灶熄火原因,提出从改进炉灶、厨房通风系统、烟囱、天窗等相应的解决方案,重点在于改进炉灶设计,并注意使用保养方法。The flameout reason of boil-off oil-fired cooking range is analyzed. Some ways to solve the problem are put forward, including improvement the cooking range, ventilating system of the galley, funnel and skylight scuttle, as well as paying attention to the operating and maintaining method.
