摘  要:莱钢1#750m3高炉已处于炉役后期,炉况恶化,通过选择合理的操作制度、精料,推行标准化操作制度条例,优化高炉操作,加强高炉本体监测维护,坚持钛球护炉,严禁连续低硅高硫或洗炉剂洗炉,加强设备的维护保养等措施,解决了护炉与强化冶炼的矛盾,保持了高炉长期稳定顺行,实现了高产、优质、低耗的安全生产。Since Laigang's 1^#750m^3 blast furnace becomes the late one, the furnace conditions deteriorate. By choosing reasonable operating duty and beneficiated material, carrying out normalized operational regulations, optimizing operation,reinforcing monitoring and maintaining of the blast furnace body, persisting in using titanium ball to protect blast furnace, forbidding continuous low silicon and high sulfur or using antiscale to purge furnace strictly and reinforcing maintenance and repair of the equipment, the conflict of furnace late protection and sharp working is settled. Then secular, stable, smooth operation is kept and high output, good quality, low consuming and safe production is realized.
