摘　　要：我国期货市场由于起步较晚,市场组织发育不成熟,法规不完善,出现了一些较为严重的问题。其中,因对期货经纪公司或经纪人缺乏一套行之有效的法规管理,欺诈客户的事件时有所闻,致使投资者的利益难以得到保障。通过经济学的方法分析在期货欺诈行为中犯罪人的成本和收益,进而对期货市场上的欺诈行为进行规制。Since our future market development was late,the market orgarization is remature, and its laws and regulstions are imxraplete, the future market emerged some serious problems, here are many things about deceiving clients, because of lacking a set of efficient law management to future broker corporations or brokers, making investor＇ s interests cannot be guarantecd. This article under this hackdrop,further explore how to regulate the fraudulence in the future market, in way of cost - benefit analysis to the criminal of the future fraudulence.
