摘　　要：随着国际贸易的发展,环境问题的日益突出,贸易与环境问题成为当今世界的热点问题,加入世界贸易组织的中国面临着机遇与挑战。本文从贸易与环境的关系,WTO环境条款对中国的影响及促进我国对外贸易与环境的协调发展三方面进行初步探讨。With the development of intemational trade and the prominence of environmental problem, the issue of trade and environment has become the hot topic of the world. After the entry to WTO, China is being faced with opportunities and challenges. This paper probes into the three respects as follows： the relationship between trade and environment, the influences that WTO environmental clauses exert on China, and how to promote the harmonious development of Chinese foreign trade and environment.
