摘　　要：入世后,我国对高素质贸易人才的需求增加,但与此同时,高校的扩招也给就业带来了不小的压力,这就为高校人才培养提出了新的挑战。西安邮电学院经贸系国际经济与贸易专业依托行业背景,明确专业定位,已建立了独具特色的人才培养模式,并提出了加强人才培养的新举措。After China＇s joining WTO, our country demands large numbers of commercial talents. Meanwhile, the extensive enrollment of colleges and universities pricks up the keen competition in job market, which raises a new challenge to talents training. Relying on profession background, the speciality International Economy and Business of Xi＇ an University of Post and Telecommunication clarifies specialiby orientation, establishes unique talents training pattern, and proposes new measures to strengthen talents training.
