摘  要:根据电化学光整加工的技术特点,简单阐述了电化学机械光整加工的机理和影响因素,确定了光整加工的工艺方案并进行了试验。在试验结果基础上对45钢工件光整加工前后表面轮廓不平度高度特性、间距特性、波纹特性、表面光谱反射比和表面微观形貌进行了对比分析,结果显示电化学机械光整加工能显著降低工件的表面粗糙度,改善工件表面质量和表面微观特性。The mechanisms of electrochemical-mechanical finishing (ECMF) and the factors affecting the mechanisms were briefed with respect to the principle of electrochemical finishing. The electrochemical-mechanical finishing process applicable to specifically designed 45 steel workpiece was established. The microscopic shape characteristics of the workpiece, such as profile height difference, the gap of the finished tracks, corrugation feature, spectrum reflectivity, and microscopic morphology of the workpiece surfaces before and after electrochemical- mechanical finishing were comparatively investigated. As the results, it was feasible to greatly reduce the roughness and improve the quality and microscopic features of the processed surface making use of electrochemical-mechanical finishing.
