摘  要:为了提高铝合金部件的耐磨性能,延长其使用寿命,对铝合金进行硬质阳极氧化处理,试验表明,正确进行氧化膜厚度及硬度测试是确保硬质氧化顺利进行的关键。Hard anodic oxidation film was prepared on the surfaces of the aluminum alloy parts of a reciprocating piston-type oxygen compressor to increase the wear resistance and prolong the service life. The factors affecting the properties of the anodic oxidation film were analyzed using statistics method, and the methods for the measurement of the thickness and microhardness of the anodic oxidation film were established. As the results, it was feasible to acquire reliable data for the study of novel anodic oxidation process for aluminum alloys.
