硫酸废渣中用于制备铁精矿的磁性物质的分离

摘  要:以株洲化工厂和龙感湖硫酸厂的硫酸废渣为原料,采用水力分级与磁力分级相结合的方法,分离出废渣中的灰份、硅砂及水溶性物质,得到了磁性物质,并对分离出的各固体组分的密度及其在水中的沉降速度进行了测量.实验结果表明:利用水力分级和磁力分级相结合的方法可以更简便、更高效的处理硫酸废渣;采用该法分离硫酸废渣后,分别得到76.40%(株洲化工厂)和61.89%(龙感湖硫酸厂)的磁性物质;由该磁性物质制备的铁精矿,其含铁量分别为62.01%(龙感湖硫酸厂)和67.81%(株洲化工厂).Using the method of waterpower classification and magnetic force classification, the ash, silicon sand, water- soluble and magnetic substances were separated from the waste residues of vitriol from Zhuzhou Chemical Plant and Longganghu Vitriol Plant. The magnetic substances containing iron for the preparation of iron extractive mine were obtained ,and the densities,sedimentation rates were measured. The experimental results showed that it was simpler and more effective to recover the waste residue of vitriol using the method of waterpower classification and magnetic force classification. 76. 40% and 61.89% of magnetic substances separated from the waste residue of vitriol from Zhuzhou Chemical Plant and Longganghu Vitriol Plant, were obtained respectively. And the iron contents of the iron extractive mines prepared from the magnetic substances were respectively 62.01% (Longganghu Vitriol Plant) and 67.810% (Zhuzhou Chemical Plant).
