摘　　要：文章分析了网络环境下公共图书馆参考咨询服务工作的主要变化,指出了随着电子技术与网络技术的发展,参考咨询服务工作需要重新定位。文章还对网络时代公共图书馆参考咨询服务的发展对策提出了自己的看法。参考文献5。This paper analyzes the main change of public libraries＇ reference service work under the network environment and points out that the reference service work needs reorient with the development of electronic technology and network technology.
