摘　　要：和谐的人际关系是推动高校图书馆工作的内驱力。流通阅览部集中了图书馆最多的人流,构成了图书馆特定的人际环境。如何构建流通阅览部主任、馆员、读者三者的和谐关系,对于做好流通阅览服务工作意义重大。本文结合多年的工作实践,提出了构建三者和谐关系的基本思路。参考文献5。The harmonious interpersonal relationship is the inner force to drive the work of academic libraries forward. The circulating and reading departments, which centralize the most streams of people inside the libraries, constitute a particular interpersonal environment. How to construct a harmonious relationship among the directors, librarians and readers means a great to the service work of circulating and reading departments. Combining the working practice of several years, the author puts forward a basic idea to construct a harmonious relationship among the three. 5 refs.
