摘　　要：农村社会保障既是“三农”的基本问题，也是新农村建设很难绕得开的一个关键问题。农村社会的繁荣与发展，不仅需要加快经济发展步伐，更需要建立和完善农村社会保障制度。目前我国学术界关于农村社会保障问题的研究越来越广逆和深入。本文围绕我国农村社会保障的现状、现阶段农村社会保障制度存在的主要问题、完善农村社会保障制度的对策建议及未来我国农村社会保障的发展方向进行了全面的评述性研究，以期理清我国农村社会保障研究的新进展。Rural social security is not only the base but also the difficulty to solve the problems of agriculure, rural area and peasant. And the rural prosperity and development need quicken the economic development, build and improve rural social security system. Based on the analysis of the actuality and problems of rural social security system, this thesis discusses the countermeasures and suggestions improving the system and studies the developmental direction of the system.
