关于乡镇医生全科医学知识培训试点工作的思考

摘　　要：目的:探索适合我国国情的乡镇全科医生培训的模式。方法:根据我国乡镇医生现状,制定培训调查表,调查乡镇医生参加全科医师培训情况。通过针对性调查,对调查结果进行整理,并输入计算机,建立EXCEL表格,然后对调查结果进行分析。结果:目前,我国乡镇全科医生培训,还在起步阶段,乡镇卫生人员对这种培训迫切需要,乡镇全科医生培训存在极大的发展空间。结论:本调查研究提出了未来乡镇全科医生培训方向与合理的课程设置。Objective： This paper intends to explore the pattern of training rural general practitioners.Methods： According to the situation of the rural practitioners,this paper designs a questionnaire to collect relative data,sorts and analyzes the data with EXCEL.Results： At present,rural practitioners urgently require the general medicine education,and there exists great room for the training of rural general practitioners.Conclusions：this paper suggests the orientation and a proper course setting of the rural general practitioners education.
