摘　　要：大鼠脑前缩胆素原的ｃＤＮＡ克隆宋学文，赵崇，邓彤，蔡芳，张镜宇（天津医科大学内分泌研究所，天津３０００７０）缩胆素（ｃｈｏｌｅｃｙｓｔｏｋｉｎｉｎ，ＣＣＫ）是一种脑肠肽激素，它不仅存在于小肠粘膜的分泌细胞，而且分布于中枢和外周神经系统［１，２］；在血...Using double-strand cDNA (ds cDNA)synthesized from the poly(A)￣+-RNA as template,the cDNA encoding rat brain preprocholecystokinin was amplified by PCR. The full-length cDNA fragment containing 345 bp coding for 115 amino acids was inserted into PUC 12 vector and sequenced by the dideoxy chain termination method. It shows there is no difference between the preprocholecystokinin of rat brain and that of rat medullary thyroid carcinoma reported by Deschenes. The method for DNA sequencing by PCR has also been modified.
