摘 要:本文按照现行电力调度通信技术标准中有关保护信号传输通道传输误码和延时的规定,对SDH通信系统的传输误码特性以及传输延时进行分析、计算和讨论,列举了一些实例,并以一些厂家SDH设备的实测数据为根据,证明SDH光纤通信系统完全可以满足保护信号的传输质量和传输延时的要求,可以作为继电保护信号可靠的传输通道。同时建议今后在规划电力专用通信网时,应该同时考虑复用保护信号,以提高通道的利用率,减少其投资。According to the clauses relevant to the error code and time delay in the signal channel in the technical standard for the power dispatching and communication, the error code characteristics and time delay in transmission are analyzed and some calculations are performed and discussed. Some practical examples are enumerated, and it is proved that SDH devices can satisfy the requirement of the transmission quality and time delay of protection signals according to the measured data of SDH products from some manufacturers, therefore, the SDH devices can be used as the channel for protection signals. At the same time, it is suggested that in the planning of power communication network the special multiplexing of protection signals should be considered to improve the utilization rate the channel and reduce its investment.
