摘　　要：目的 总结黄磷烧伤后创面治疗正确、有效的方法及体会。 方法 对20例黄磷烧伤病人根据烧伤面积大小及严重程度分别采用局部清创、削痂、植皮及全身抗感染、对症支持等综合治疗。 结果 本组20例病人均获临床治愈，治疗效果满意。 结论 黄磷烧伤治疗的关键是迅速彻底清创，防止吸收中毒，预防感染。程度较深的创面应早期立即削痂，特殊部位行削痂植皮，对提高疗效、促进创面愈合有积极作用。Aim To sum up the experience of treatment of yellow phosphorus bums. Methods 20 patients with yellow phosphorus burns were observed, among whom the smallest the smallest burning size was 0. 5% , and the largest size 26 % （ depth Ⅱ - Ⅲ） . Results All of the 20 cases recovered completely with satisfied results. Conclusion The key point in the treatment of yellow phosphorus burns is to clean the would rapidly and thoroughly to prevent absorbing poisoning and infection . The scab in the level of the deep depth should be cut down early . The special part should undergo the scab remove and skin-grafting. It will raise the treatment effect, improve the wound.
