摘　　要：针对姚孟发电有限责任公司3号机组风罩回转式空气预热器存在的问题,如:本体漏风量大,受热面存在堵灰现象,主、辅设备磨损严重等。在保持原有设备结构、系统不变的基础上进行了多项局部改造,包括:各径向隔仓加装迷宫式密封,喉口密封全部更换,冷端加装半自动密封调节装置,密封调节系统全部更换等。改造后空气预热器的漏风率下降了15%。In light of the problems existing in the hood rotary type air preheater of No.3 generating unit in Yaomeng Power Co.Ltd., such as＇large air leakage of mare part,ash blockage of heating surface,and serious wearing of main and auxiliary equipment etc., on the basis of keeping the equipment configuration and framework unchanged,many local modifications were conducted, including：to newly install labyrinth seals at each radial partition eabin; to completely replace the throat seals,to newly add semiautomatic seal regulation devices at cold ends, and to completely replace seal regulation systems etc measures.After retrofit ,the air leakage rate of air preheater has been reduced by 15%.
