科速治疗原发性高血压32例动态监测与护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨科速（厄贝莎坦）治疗原发性高血压动态血压监测（ABPM）效果与护理方法。方法：选择1～2级原发性高血压患者32例，口服科速150～300mg／d，1次／d，必要时加服氢氯噻嗪12．5～25mg／d。行动态血压监测，观察治疗4周末及8周末降压效果和不良反应。结果：治疗4周后显效率60％，总有效率74％；治疗8周后显效率62％，总有效率76％。结论：科速治疗原发性高血压效果持久、稳定，耐受性好，无不良反应。加强动态血压监测时的护理至关重要。Objective： To explore the effect of dynamic blood pressure monitoring and methods of nursing care in the treatment of primary hypertension with Irbersartan. Methods： 32 patients with primary hypertension （grade 1 to grade 2） were selected for the treatment. Oral administration of Irbersartan in dosage of 150 to 300mg/d was adopted, and 12.5 to 25mg/d of Benazepril was given if it was necessary. The effective outcome of depressurization and side - effects were observed at the end of 4th and 8th week of the treatment through application of dynamic blood pressure monitoring. Results： The effectual rate was 60% and the total effective rate was 74% after 4 - week treatment. The effectual rate and the total effective rate were 62% and 76% respectively after 8 - week treatment. Conclusion： Potency of Irbersartan is found endurable, stable and there are no side - effects. It is important to strengthen nursing care in dynamic blood pressure monitoring.
