摘　　要：目的:观察正常大鼠脑内环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的表达.方法:用自行制备的COX-2多抗采用免疫组织化学ABC法观察了COX-2蛋白在正常成年大鼠脑内的表达.结果:在正常成年大鼠脑内COX-2蛋白主要表达于皮层、海马、齿状回、视上核、杏仁核、小脑和脑干等部位,阳性细胞主要为神经元,神经胶质细胞染色很少.结论:COX-2蛋白在脑内广泛分布.AIM： To observe the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2） in the brains of normal adult rats. METHODS： The immunohistochemical ABC method and the COX-2 polyclonal antibody which was produced by ourselves were used to observe the expression of COX-2 protein in the brains of normal adult rats. RESULTS： There was plentiful COX-2 protein in the cortex, the hippocampus, the dentate gyrus, the supraoptic nucleus, the amygdaloid nucleus, cerebellum and brain stem, and so on. The COX-2 immunopositive cells were mainly neurons, and a few were glial cells. CONCLUSION： COX-2 protein is distributed widely in the brain.
