摘  要:通过K8J机翼整体油箱外场使用中出现的渗油故障分析和研究,找到了口盖、主梁接头和前墙上缘条贴合面等三种类型密封失效而渗油的原因,并分别采取了针对性的工艺和设计改进措施,根除了油箱渗油故障,经过试件及后续产品的试验和检测,改进后的油箱密封质量稳定可靠。Through the trouble analysis and study on the seepage' from K8J A/C wing integral tank during the field operation, the three categories of seepage causes due to the sealing failure of access cover, faying Surface between main spar joint and front false spar upper flange and so on are fotmd out, and the 'pertinent technological and design improvement measures are respectively, adopted to shoot the trbuble of seepage from the fuel tank. After testing the sample and the products in subsequent batch and A/C Nos, it proves that the sealing quality of improved fuel tank is stable and reliable.
