摘 要:采用AnyCasting软件模拟研究了模具内浇口尺寸、压射速度等因素对半固态ZL201合金触变压铸充型过程的影响.结果表明:压铸温度640℃,模具温度200℃~240℃,内浇口厚度11mm,低速阶段的压射速度0.1 m/s,高速阶段的压射速度1 m/s,在充型60%时进行速度切换,半固态浆料将以层流方式充填型腔,模拟结果与实际符合很好.半固态压铸件经T5处理后,硬度(HV)可达到1166 MPa,高于常规压铸件45.7%.The effects of the inter-casting gate size and the filling speed on the semisolid diecasting were studied by using the AnyCasting software. The results show that the temperature of semisolid slurry is kept at 640℃, and the followed mold temperature is 200℃-240℃, the inter casting gate size is 11 mm, the filling speed is 0.1 m/s at low speed and 1 m/s at high speed, and the speed switch happened at a mold cavity of 60% with slurry, when the semisolid slurry filled the cavity by way of laminar flow. The simulation results are well in agreement with experiments. The hardness value (HV) of the semisolid die casting parts followed by T5 treatment was 1166 MPa, 45.7% higher than the normal die casting parts.
