苹果新品种—华美的选育

摘　　要：华美是以嘎拉为母本,华帅为父本杂交培育而成的早熟苹果品种。该品种果实短圆锥形,平均单果重235g,果实底色淡黄,果面着鲜红色;肉质中细、松脆,汁液中多,可溶性固形物含量12.6%,总酸含量0.26%,风味酸甜适口,品质优;郑州地区果实8月初成熟,采后室温可贮15d。该品种生长势强,早果、丰产,可在嘎拉品种适栽区栽培。Huamei is a new early-season apple cultivar,which was derived from the cross of Gala×Huashuai, made in 1992. Fruit are short conic in shape ,having a thin yellow ground skin covered with bright red blush,weighing 235 g on average. The flesh is medium-fine, crisp and medium juicy, containing a soluble solids content of 12.6%, titratable acidity of 0.26%. The flavor is sweet and a bit tart ,of a very good eating quality. Fruit mature in early August in Zhengzhou area. It could be stored under the ambient temperature for 15 days. The trees are vigorous, precocious and very productive, suitable to be grown in the area where the Gala has been planted.
