摘 要:以原砂的细度(AFS)、型砂的紧实度、粘结剂加入量为因素,以干压强度、表面稳定性、表面硬度、发气量、透气性、铸件表面粗糙度及残留强度(600-700℃)为指标进行了三因素三水平的正交实验,研究了影响铸件表面质量和型砂溃散性的主要影响因素,并确定出最佳配方。The fineness and compatibility of moulding sand, and the addition of adhesion agent were considered as the influence factors; the dry compression strength, surface stability, surface hardness, gas evolution, casting surface roughness and retained strength (600--700℃) were considered as the test factors; orthogonal experiment with three factors and three levels was conducted. The main influence factors influencing cast surface quality and the collapsibility of moulding sand were studied. The optimal mixture ratio of moulding sand was determined.
