球墨铸铁活塞环双片铸造工艺研究

摘  要:通过对球墨铸铁活塞环浇注工艺及存在缺陷的分析,认为材料的成分、铸造工艺参数的不稳定是产生球化不良、缩松、金相组织不合格等各种铸造缺陷的主要因素。椐此采取控制铁液的碳当量,正确的执行球化、孕育处理工艺,加大铸型的刚度,控制铸件的冷却速度等措施,经实际生产,有效地避免或减轻了这些缺陷,获得了良好的结果。Through careful analyses of the pouring techniques and defects existed on piston ring of spheroidal graphite cast iron, it was thought that the composition of the materials and unstable casting parameters are the main reasons to cause various foundry defects, such as poor spheroidization, dispersed shrinkage and unqualified microstructure. A number of measures, which include carbon equivalent control of iron plate, correct spheroidization and inoculation process, increase of mould rigidity and control of cooling rate, were taken. It is proved though practical production that those defects have been avoided or eliminated.
