摘  要:欠平衡钻井在国内外陆地油田已得到了广泛的推广和应用,可有效提高油气田开发效益。由于作业环境特殊,欠平衡钻井技术在海上油田的应用受到限制,但国外已有上百口井成功的先例。我国虽有利用旋转控制头等欠平衡钻井关键设备解决浅海钻井井漏问题的探索实践,但还没有实现真正意义上的“欠平衡钻井”。文中分析了在我国海上油田实施欠平衡钻井的可行性。针对渤海某油田具体实例,尝试进行了海上欠平衡钻井工艺设计。UBD (Under-balanced Drilling) has been applied widely onshore to improve the development of oil and gas fields. Although restricted by special operation conditions, offshore UBD has been accepted gradually with more than 100 successful cases in foreign countries. Attempt has been made to solve the problem caused by mud loss in China with rotary control head, but it was not a real "under-balanced" practice. This paper demonstrated the feasibility of application of UBD technology in China offshore oil fields and proposed offshore under-balanced drilling design corresponding to the case of a field in Bohai Bay.
