超声在急性阑尾炎诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:通过对急性阑尾炎超声图像的回顾性分析,探讨超声在急性阑尾炎诊断中的临床价值。方法:对57例经手术及临床保守治疗随访观察证实为急性阑尾炎患者行经腹壁右下腹广泛探查,并于压痛点采用探头局部加以显示发炎的阑尾及相连的盲肠等周围结构。结果:57例中55例超声诊断为急性阑尾炎,2例未检出。超声诊断正确率为96.5%。结论:超声检查急性阑尾炎,操作简单、直接,检出率较高并可重复检查,及时了解转归的情况,具有较好的临床价值。Objective Ultrosonograpgy findings of acute appendicitis were analyzed retospectively, and to discuss the clinical value of ultrosonograpgy in diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Methods Ultrosonograpy examed the right inferier abdomin of 57 patients proved by surgery therapy and follow-up, further celiac structures were observed by means of detector pressing obvious ache spot, Results 55 out of 57 cases were diagnosed as acute appendicitis by uhrosonograpgy, and 2 cases did not find abnormal features. The accurate rate of ultrosonograpgy was 96. 5%. Conclusion Ultrosonogragy has an important role in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis because of numerousadvantages.
