摘 要:目的:探讨动态血压变异性与高血压左心室肥厚的关系。方法:将120例原发性高血压患者根据有无左心室肥厚分为肥厚组与无肥厚组,同时选择50例血压正常患者为对照组进行24h动态血压监测。结果:高血压左心室肥厚组与正常对照组或无肥厚组24h各时间段血压均值及血压变异性比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),无肥厚组与正常对照组比较,血压均值差异有显著性(P<0.01),血压变异性除白昼收缩压差异有显著性外,其余差异无显著性。结论:动态血压变异性与高血压左心室肥厚关系密切,后者对前者有促进作用,前者对后者的风险性预测有一定价值。Objective To investigate the relationship between dynamic blood pressure variance(BPV)andleft ventriclar hypertrophy(LVH). Methods 120 essenial hypertension patients were divided into two groups by whether heor she was LVH ,and 50 patients whose blood pressure were normal were selectedas the control group. Results The ambulatory blood pressure monitoring of 24 hours( ABPM) showed that blood pressure means in three groups were significant different(P〈0.01). The means between control and the hype retension group with no LVH were also obvions different (P〈0.01), the of systolic blood pressure(SBP)was different(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion The relation ship between BPV and LVH is obvions, the latter(LVH)could promote the former(BPV)and the former (BPV)could predict the latter (LVH).
