摘　　要：信用规范与市场交易具有内在统一性,市场经济就是信用经济。但在我国目前体制转型期,信用缺失已成为一种普遍的现象,严重影响到经济社会的发展。本文在对信用与交易进行阐述的基础上,着重分析了当前信用缺失的原因及其影响,并就完善信用制度进行了探讨。Market economy is the credit economy, credit specification in accordance with market transaction. It is a universal phenomenon of credit hiatus during economic transitional period in China, which has seriously affected economic and society＇s development. Based on the stating of credit and transaction this article emphatically analyzes the causes of credit hiatus and further discusses the way to perfect credit system in China.
